Shipping Policy

At Zoovi.pk, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, rates, and more.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Lahore
  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • And all other cities served by our courier partners

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner's website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan. COD availability may vary by location and order value. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@zoovi.pk with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
