Refund Policy

At Zoovi.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@zoovi.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@zoovi.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zoovi.pk.
